To have thorough understanding of the department logistic operations and facility layout.
To adhere to all directives and protocols pertaining to patient care and services stipulated in the Hospital and company directive and rules & regulations.
To check the ambulance standard equipment and report any malfunction promptly to the appropriate personnel for repair.
To ensure the cleanliness and operational readiness of the ambulance equipment at all times.
To assist the Manager in providing data and statistics of patients transfers.
To conduct feedback to upgrade services or handle complaints from end user.
To reflect to the Manager any foreseeable problems or discrepancies.
