Conduct individual and small group activities as planned by clinicians or supervisor.
Assist in meeting diet requirements of clients and meals setup for clients and assist in safe preparation of food (example cutting, blending, reheating).
Assist clinicians in care of clients like vital signs monitoring and reminder of medications when requires.
Escorting clients between centre and other destinations with or without transport.
Maintain cleanliness and disinfection of the premises including equipment, furniture and tools when requires.
Proper documentation and safekeeping of centre records.
Assist with basic housekeeping duties such as cleaning and clearing of body discharges and waste disposal.
Adherence to audits, centre policies and trainings.
