Job Description
Responsible for User Management and engaging users on their requests for IT solution, required briefings and trainings.
Provide key support for IT Network Infrastructure, Cloud Solution and aiding IT applications.
Provide optimal systems availability, minimize users’ disruption and downtime.
Secure network by developing secured network access, monitoring, control and evaluation, maintaining documentation and performing audit requirement.
Establish close working partnership with Application team and Regional IT counterparts for all IT initiatives.
