Perform periodic preventive and corrective maintenance, updates and upgrades to software / hardware
Support and manage server and endpoint devices, this includes analyse, track, troubleshoot and resolve hardware or software issues pertaining to operating system and related services
Monitor performance and ensure servers availability, reliability and involve in planning of tech refresh
Be familiar with the fundamentals of scripting to improve work processes
Plan and implement other projects related requests
Provide and maintain a secure, robust and reliable infrastructure for Project IT systems
Be part of the IT Services system team in-charge of Linux and Windows IT systems
