Assist in identifying problems related to illness and decline in functional and cognitive abilities, and advocate early medical attention.
Assist in assessing residents after incidents occurred, recommend preventive measures and complete Incident Report 1.8 Assist in reviewing the RAF of residents in the branch.
Maintain and ensure accurate documentation of all care rendered as required by the Company’s quality procedures and guidelines
Communicate and discuss resident’s response to treatment / interventions / activities and progress with Physician, nursing colleagues and allied health care team assign to Resident.
Deliver safe and competent nursing care
Provide Resident / Family on information and education on delivery of care, process, disease prevention, treatments, and interventions in timely, accurate and concise manner.
