Job Description
Acts as a resource person to the nurse manager/Nurse Clinician in clinical nursing and nursing training matters.
Assist in promoting evidence-based practices or nursing care delivery.
Assist in demonstrating awareness of current nursing and health care practices.
Assist in monitoring and analyzing trends and changing needs of patients in institutional settings.
Assist in conducting quality improvement/research projects.
Assist in training/quality improvement projects.
Contributes to performance appraisals of staff nurses, assistant nurses, nursing aides and healthcare assistants.
Takes on additional responsibilities or tasks as assigned by Nurse Clinician / Educator / Nurse Manager.
Spilt Team practices need to be attained to teach, mentor, do competency for each ward daily.
