· Packing and endorsement of medication
· Provide assistance to residents with medical conditions during mealtime/ outings/ events
· Liaise with caregivers of residents for medical related matters
· Provide medical inputs for residents Individualised Care Plans
· Ensure incident report is put up and submit to Head of Department within stipulated timeline
· Escort residents to caregivers/ back to residential area with Care Staff after Home leave, outing, visits and etc if required
· Assist in talks/brief volunteers/ visitors/ outside agencies during visit or open house
· Understand clients’ family background and maintain close rapport with the family at a professional level
