    • Introduce, support and maintain a variety of informatics tools for laboratory instruments, commercial software, and cloud infrastructure to facilitate scientific research.
    • Work closely with scientists to understand their workflow, data, and automation needs to drive deployment of technology solutions.
    • Develop solutions leveraging and configuring commercial or custom solutions to solve business problems.
    • Previous experience implementing Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) within an R&D environment.




    • Configuring and installing PCs, servers, routers and switches
    • Installing, configuring and managing TCP/IP network equipment such as VPN, firewall, switch and VoIP devices
    • Perform troubleshooting and repair of mid-level PC, server, network and software issues and other hardware and software tasks as assigned both in-house and at client sites

  • Perform incident resolutions and request fulfilments.

    Implement Information Security according to the Global Information Security Standards.

    Setup the cloud environment structure.

    • Perform periodic preventive and corrective maintenance, updates and upgrades to software / hardware
    • Support and manage server and endpoint devices, this includes analyse, track, troubleshoot and resolve hardware or software issues pertaining to operating system and related services
    • Monitor performance and ensure servers availability, reliability and involve in planning of tech refresh
    • Be familiar with the fundamentals of scripting to improve work processes
    • Plan and implement other projects related requests
    • Provide and maintain a secure, robust and reliable infrastructure for Project IT systems
    • Be part of the IT Services system team in-charge of Linux and Windows IT systems




    • Processing and tracking of global IT security events and alerts, taking appropriate actions, including detailed investigation, to mitigate and address them in a timely manner
    • Analysis of events which are recorded in central systems and assessment of the risk for the company
    • Communication with colleagues around the world to process and clarify security events
    • Prioritize on privacy breaches and malware threats
    • Provide IT security consultation for new systems evaluation and projects
    • Maintenance and expansion of the security tools in the SOC
    • Participate in periodic internal/external penetration tests and documentation
    • Facilitate IT security trainings to users




  • -Attend phone calls and customer queries
